The security guard of the ABC Board Warehouse is responsible, during non-duty hours, for taking calls from Warehouse personnel who are going to be late or absent and for providing such information to the Warehouse Manager/Superintendent at the start of the duty hour so that daily work assignments are adjusted. This series consists of the Daily Call-In Sheets which provide the date, time, employee name, I.D. card number, reason for being late or absent, and date of return to work. The security guard is required to initial his name after each call-in is documented.
